My first impression was how well organized this book is !!! It is a wealth of information , easy to follow but sophisticated in its content. His chapter IV (4) on tasting/ drinking was particularly helpful for me.....From the scotch whisky connoisseur to basic beginners I cannot recommend this book enough !!!
